Shanelle Loraine Video

Cha is a PLAYER! You can see that. She has a nice solid stroke.

Shanelle on the other hand ain't quite there yet. She looks like a decent amateur player, with some potential. She definitely isn't ready for the WPBA.
Given time and effort, she may make it though. I'd say she's two years away from being competitive, if she dedicates herself.

Meanwhile her glowing smile, and obvious charm makes her a winner in my book. I'm glad that she has chosen pool for her vehicle. This beautiful young lady could do anything, and succeed.

I had the same observation. I think she still needs some work with her stroke. with my help, spending 24 a day practicing her stroke, she could become a world-beater. oh wait a minute, I'm daydreaming again.

u should see her in the 2007 womens world pool cup. i have the matches and o man...she looks great but played absolutely horribly.

Her looks aside you can clearly see that when women players first start to come up they have a very mechanical way about them. As if just copying the mechanics of Alison or Karen is going to get them to elite female pro status. It confirms my conviction that mechanics don't mean a lot without, talent (the gift of pocketing balls with position) and knowledge (knowing how to do the forementioned). I could teach someone how to go through the "motions" of a pro pool player (especially the mechanical snooker style) but playing well.....that is a whole different thing entirely.
