Shipping one piece cues

Use a 59" or 60" long box? Not sure what else you would need to worry about LOL

Same exact thing as shipping any cue, just twice as long if it does not come apart.

I ordered one piece Brunswick Tru-Balance cues from Brunswick a few years ago and they used cardboard tubes with bubble wrap. Triangular cardboard tubes would work fine as well. The PVC will be heavy, but would work great if you don’t mind the added cost.

Just write Narwhal Tusk on the outside of the package if you want special handling.
Tape a steel rod inside the pvc to stiffen it up. Like a length of rebar. Not joking. That would stop it from breaking for sure. Just have to fix the rod to the pvc so it doesn’t come lose and destroy the cue.

Seems the snooker players might have a better solution. ¾ cues have cases but idk how they ship 1 piece cues, but they do.

You can go to a furniture store and ask if they have any drapery rod boxes lying around- Drapery rods and vertical blinds are often shipped in long, strong boxes that would accommodate a full size pool cue or can be cut down to size easily.
I like that idea. There’s a furniture less then a mile away from my house. Thank you.
