the cue is all original with the exception of the

you don't see many in this condition a few marks on the shaft but given its a 34 year old

Showcase Hustler

Are you saying this is a 1982/83 Showcase Billiards of Colorado Hustler Cue? I am not aware of the slanted S being used that early. Can you define what the script is around the joint? The Pin and Shaft Insert are indicative of the Showcase Hustler Style used by Clay Etheridge back then. I will say this, because of the joint/pin that is going to be a monster hitting cue. Interesting cue history none the less and an awesome playing cue,I am certain.

Kind of forgot about this post -- Anyway still for sale

Cue was restored by Randy Ethridge --
For those who are interested the text around the joint
Probably the original specs -- 19 1/4 13mm 58"
As for the S I don't remember exactly the shape of the S in its original condition
But it was there.
From what I remember I believe it was enhanced during the restore
