again, as most of you out there know, i seem to have a problem with balls popping out of my side pockets. at least in my mind i have this problem.
of course, what i mean is a ball coming in at an angle, hitting, for lack of a better term, the cushion face and popping back out instead of falling in. i had a guy look at this the other night, and he said the side cushion seemed really "hard" where the balls are hitting. when you squeeze/press on this part, it does NOT feel soft/bouncy/cushiony like the rest of the cushion does, it does indeed feel hard.
is this normal on a Gold Crown IV?
