Signature is maybe $100 at most going by what Mosconi and some other well known player signatures go for. Depends on how often Lee signed stuff and how often collectors sell it. There are a bunch of Jeanetee Lee items for sale, can't find a single Eferen cueball on ebay.

I have a measles ball signed by Efren but I wouldn't want to sell it. Just a nice souvenir. More valuable than money.
