I recently picked up a 1940s brunswick table. It has always been my dream to refurbish an antique. I have experience on tables but nothing this old and never seen this before. Some back story, I know it was originally a snooker pocket and coverted to a billiard pocket back in the 90s I believe the radius is correct but I don't like the way it slopes. My question is, is it possible to cut the slop off and flatten it out or should I leave them alone. Any tips on how to cloth them to look nice would be appreciated if I cant modify.
