Small motions

I'm about 1/2 way thru the book Pleasures of small motions, and I took some of the ideas to the pool room yesterday for some practice. Surprisingly enough I ran a nice 63 after warming up for about 10 minutes. I was just keeping a few thoughts in my head from the book about pace, feel, visualizing, no judgement, just letting it happen. Then before I could try another run, the owner had to kick me out cause he had to go pick up his kid from school!........I'm getting a table at home!................Gerry
 
I found the ideas in the book really helped my game. The sections on conscious vs subconscious bandwidth were really enlightening. Now I just let my body do what I've trained it to, and keep my thoughts on higher concepts of strategy. It works amazingly well. :)
