Snooker Cushion "Nose" Height??

I posted this in the Mechanic Forum but thought I should put it here also...

I have been searching and searching for the proper "nose" height (from the bed of the table) for L-77 profile snooker cushions. I am using 2 1/16" balls.
Since the "nose" of the cushion is actually a 3/8" flat face, I am also not sure which part of the face to measure to. The middle? Top corner? Bottom corner?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
