snooker ferrule source in the US?

anyone know of a source for snooker ferrules in the US? I was asked if I could repair a brass ferrule on a snooker cue but other than ebay and knowing what size I need, I'm having trouble finding them.
 
Buy some brass rod and make one to suite. Most snooker ferrules are pressed on, not glued on. Seems strange but true.
So the wood is held in compression, with a small taper, ie the shoulder is smaller than the front by a couple of thou.
