Snooker inserts to pool table

Hi everybody!

I hope I'm posting this in the right category now. Im wondering if anyone knows of snooker pockets inserts to a pool table.

Im playing on a Brunswick GC V, mainly its 9 and 10 ball pool played but i like snooker so much i would love to have some kind of pocket inserts to make it more like a snooker table for some occasions to.

If i hade the space for a snooker table i would definitely think about it, but thats not an option now, even without the pool table.

For now i have been playing some snooker on the table but with the pockets being pool pockets it´s just to big of a difference, especially bals near the rail.

Hope anyone here have heard of some kind of insert to get the rounded snooker pockets!
 
Given that pool pockets are SMALLER than snooker pockets at their points, and insert would be a good trick; the kind that removes material.
 
Ahh, I didnt relise that they where smaller at their points then snooker pockets, they seem so much bigger then snooker pockets when you play them, but never compared the two at the same time.

This may be to much of a hassel to do but, would it be possible to buy a second set of rails with snooker pockets fitted so if you would like to play some snooker you change the rails completely? I understand this is not as fast of a change that I was looking for but could maybe be a possible option (I guess i would be able to change in 30 min after what i can remember the table fitter did when he installed it all).
Where i live I don't have any snooker tables near by to travel to otherwise i would settle for that.

It's interesting, the curve of the snooker pockets as Mitch says make it tricky!

I believe over here there are companies that produce tables and supply American and English pool rails so it can be done!

Either find a snooker table or forget about it....conversions don't work.
The contact point on a snooker rail is lower to accommodate a smaller ball...if you play with 2.5 pool size snooker balls...it just aint snooker.

just play 3 reds snooker on your current table and alternate between pool size snooker balls and regulation snooker balls...consider changing the cloth to nooker cloth

or

get a snooker table and use pool balls to practice pool

i think the latter is the best of both worlds with only space for one table available

forget your rail idea, cannot be done practically
