Snooker Practice Routines

looks good to me,

However my routines are a bit different, I start off leaving a red in the same spot at the beginning of frame, and the other 14 in the triangle, think 14.1. I make the red from outside the triangle as my first shot, and play perfection on the black insuring me leave a natural angle to go int othe stack with a lively white thus devloping a few more reds. Then its the ususal red/black routine 14 more times in a row, then after that finish off the colors. And another 147 is in the books.

I do this 3 times after breakfast befoe my first tea and a lunch break, afterwards I go do it 4 to 5 times more in a row.

Doing this 5 days a week has served me well, 4 days on 1 off, then 3 on 1 off. So thats about 40 to 50 147's weekly-I see no need for more. And it dosent get boaring playing like that, 12 hours a day in a club is too much for me. Once in a while if I get a kick or something I might have a 145 or 146 break, thats very rare anymore.

I hope this helps anyone.

Yes, sure, but most people cannot do multiple 147s each day, not even the pros and not even if you cheat a little with the first red.

Stephen Hendry used to pot 50 blues in each corner before even beginning his 'normal' warm up routine. In matches, he usually makes these types of shots for the same reason.
