So my first Custom Cue progress pics!

Well, i haven't bee a longtime contributing member of the forum, but i have been a quiet observer for over a year and a half. my favorite posts are the custom build, progress posts. I have been a Mezz player for a long time, but finally decided to jump into the custom cue world. i have to say, i have more cues i want to build in my head than my wallet will allow! Long story even longer, i contacted Jim Lee and we got this crazy thing started. Let me add that Jim is fantastic to work with and is generally a good guy and my expirience has been just great. So Jim Lee and I have been working on something special for me. I wanted something a little different, and definately loud and crazy...like myself! We call it the "Jester Cue". here is the progress from start to where we are now...he's almost done....and hopefully Jim won't mind that I'm sharing with you all before it is finished.

So thats where we are at...I know it's not everyones cup of tea, and honestly a little loud from my usual conservative self, but so far i am loving it and knowing Jim is making it, I know it's gonna turn out awesome!

WOW! looks great! Like i said before, its not everyone cup of tea, but i wanted to try something very different and playful. Can't wait to get it and hit it! will post a full review once I play with it. thanks Jim Lee!

Just recieved the cue this morning, and let me just say that it is WAY better looking in person and Jim did a heck of a job on this cue. The shafts a great and his finish is very good. The feel and weight of this cue is very different from my mezz, but im sure i will get used to it in no time! thanks JIM LEE, another great cue!
