the case will be replaced in a few months or so ...

nothing fancy, i don't care for a flashy cue ... prefer plain and simple ... so i picked these two up ... (only been playing again for about 6 weeks now, started off with a cuetec which is being repaired to keep as a backup)

McDermott Alpha II one in Natural Walnut and one in American Cherry ...

a stark contrast to what is often posted of cue's that are in the 1k and up range :)

I've got a McD C-3 that I bought in 1980, still straight, still shoots good. First cue I ever bought and will never part with.

i have a collection of McD's 5 of them, I use one of then sometimes its a D-26(not the missing one my dad bought me:(:(:() I picked it up from a friend a while back and wow does it play great, nothing wrong with McD's excet in the 80'd their shaft wood was bad most of the time, 3 of mine are mid 80's cues and the shaft wood is garbage, he 2 newer ones have much better shaft wood. but thats a easy fix anyways, enjoy your cues-very nice thanks for the pics!!!!

i will try to get some better pics when the weather outside is nicer ... those photos make the cue's look lighter then they are (the butts at least) ...

they are nothing fancy but i am happy with how they look ... and like the weight and balance on em ... now to just learn to shoot better hah!

I've got 2 old D Line cues. One I ordered thru their "Custom" shop (they called it) when the D line was still in production. It's a D21 w/ D25 joint rings & MOP inlays.
Great cue.

I love my Dubliner (M72A)... I only had the shaft changed to 12.2mmpro-taper and added a Kamui medium tip.. I had many great and expensive cues in the hands, but never felt one that suited me better..
I also have a "Hustler" which is basically equal in performance and has same kind of modified shaft...

The B/J is not a McDermott, but a J&J Powerbreak, with some modifications (wraps and rings)
