I don't know about SW, but I have several people who have ordered custom cues who have asked for an "authenticity" from me. The cue has the logo and some are signed --- but still ask for an "authenticity". So I supply one with color pics of the cue if requested. Maybe insurance companies are asking since this has only been in the last year or so for me - or just more people collecting and want the documentation. ???
