Someone that can finish a cue shaft blank

Hello,
I am in search of a cue maker that will finish a Katana cue shaft blank to fit a Bluegrass cue. It would need to be drilled and tapped to 3/8x11 at the correct depth, need a phenolic joint collar installed, and be turned to match the diameter of the shaft at the joint to the original shaft. Is there anyone that does this type of work?

Post it in the Ask the Cuemaker forum, there are dozens of folks here that do that type of work. Pretty simple.
