Source for a 5/16-18 piloted joint insert?

Like in pic. A web search gave me Atlas, Schmelke, and I also asked Meullers. I think there was another popular supplier I am missing? I can't think of the name.

The pilot dia is 12mm. The ones I found have 7/16" lip, and I don't know if they're designed only for flat-face use, or if they can be also inserted less, to stick out for piloted.

That Sir, is a std 18 tpi insert, though set proudly.
If you counter-bore the shaft's face about .035" to accept the 1/2" dia. head,
that should leave you about .075" from which to form the 12mm pilot.
