We have been having a great turn out every week at Doodles in Hinesville GA. The Calcutta breaks 1000 on a regular basis and you can expect 25-35 players everyweek. The entry fee is only $10.00 but we add $5 for every player. There is no green fee or extra hidden charges. The tourney pays out a whole lotta cash for such a small entry fee.
The format is a double elimination loser breaks. Race to 5 in the winners side. Race to 3 on the losers side. Of course we play nine-ball. We also use texas express rules. And further more we promote a sportsman like tournament. The equipment we use is six 9 Foot Brunswick Medilest and One 9 foot Diamond. All tables are level and the cloth is excellent. In the near future we will be replacing the brusnwicks with more diamond tables.
