Yes I have owned one of these in the past. Met Nat at his bar/poolhall in Clarksville, TN while I was stationed at Ft. Campbell. Real nice guy. The cue played great. Very well made.
I have hit with a few SE's.. They hit well and kind of gave me the impression of a "working mans southwest". Both that I hit with had great feedback and were solid shooters, but just lacked the fit, finish, and collectability of a southwest..hence the price difference.
I know Nat, I see him every few days. SE Cues play pretty good. I Own a few and Shoot with a SP. I actually am waiting for him to finish a cue for me. They are worth what you are willing to pay.
