I've used my google fu and tried to figure out what type of space I will need to have for around 10 - 8 foot tables and 10 - 7 foot coin ops, then a place for bistro/sit down area and a stage. I can't really figure it out. I guess my mind just doesn't work geometry like this too well.

To room owners out there can you give me some direction what type of square footage should I be looking at for my plans above?

The spot that I am currently looking at is 4615sq foot, there is also an available lot next to it that is 1870sq feet. I'm thinking I should purchase both properties.

How many 8 foot and 7 foot tables could I fit in 4615sq feet. I will have 1 or 2 9 foot tables in the separate 1870sq foot area also where the small bistro will be. I'll find a place to put the stage in the 4615sq foot building.

I think the answer depends on the layout of the building. Long and narrow vs square vs l-shaped. A foorprint would help. Don't forget the non playing areas, register counter restrooms etc.

Thanks Andy. I'll post a very crude ms paint layout. The space is long and narrow. Just from eyeing the location last night it seems as if I could fit maybe 10 total tables and still have room for a small stage rest rooms and a register counter.
