I recently ordered Pagulayan vs Parica off of accu stats, When I finally received it I was so pumped to watch it. I pulled it out and popped it in my dvd player and it was most definitely the efren reyes earl strickland match that is on youtube. I was kinda bummed because I had to probably have to deal with the hassle of sending it back and waiting around and probably paying shipping again. So I fired off an email to accu stats explaining what had happened and the next day I received an email from pat fleming saying "I'm sorry rob it must be my dyslexia, keep the dvd it is a great match your new one will be sent right away" -Pat fleming. I just thought such great customer service should get a post on az. I will definitely be purchasing many videos from there especially after this.

I have bought VHS and DVD's from AccuStats for many years, and for the very few times there were any glitches in the transactions, I have also found the customer service to be "5-star" ..... Anyone who has ever dealt with Pat Fleming can tell you this......That's but just one good reason people here on AZB and everywhere else in the pool world should support Accu Stats.......He is a straight-up guy and I hope everyone who loves pool appreciates how he has provided volumes of historical accounts which display all these great cue artists in our time, which were so sorely lacking before he started Accu Stats........

Video of the month club membership has brought my game up enough to pay for all the thirty eight and counting matches, a new stick and and plenty left over. Best investment
one can make for improving ones game and a true bargin at nine nighty five.

Pat has always been fantastic about customer service, and of course accustats speaks for itself, they were the pioneer and has always been of the highest quality.

I called Pat the other day for my video of the month pick, his answering machine said that he was at the Open (I forgot). Anyway I left a message why I called and said not to worry about it since he was out of town. I figured I would get my pick the following month which would be fine. But lo and behold it came today....don't know how he does it but they have the best customer service that I have ever dealt with......thanks again Pat! :thumbup:
