Speed Seal 2

Does anyone happen to know what Speed Seal 2 from CC comprises of?
Feel free to PM me if it's info that cant be publically shared..
i can't get my hands on it (international shipping) but i have found uses for it(managed to sneak a bottle).. need a replacement alternative here in asia.

It finishes clear, and i use this to finish my white linen wraps rather than shafts..

I don't know for sure, but it looks an awful lot like a hardener I've used in the past....

When I purchased my lathe it came with quantities of several CC products. Unfortunately time has not been good to a couple of them.
For a replacement to the CC clear products I tested several waterborne products. I landed on General Finishes Advanced Clearcoat.
Thin it down just a touch for the Speed Seal II. Use it full strength for a clear finish.
