Anyone have good video/reference for installing stacked leather wraps? I have seen the tiger one and it’s ok, looking for another one?

There's no substitute for experience. If you have to, install a couple on junk cues.
I have to agree, you can watch that Tiger video a million times, but getting the feel for it is something you only get by doing it over and over again and probably effing up several times in the process 😆
If you have only watched the part of the Tiger video you find on YouTube, you need to get the full dvd, some key information is missing from the YouTube video.

I flew out to Burbank and the guys at Tiger trained me. I doubt I do anything the same as I was taught back then.

I probably watched Elia do 20-25 wraps and I modified many of the things I watched him do to my liking.
I quit doing the stacks when I started putting single piece wraps on.
I can do 3-4 one piece wraps in the time it takes to do 1 stack.
They do look nice when installed correctly.

This is why I don't do them. They become a hard sell if you charge what they are worth. Factor in all the cost of the products involved in Tigers kit, they become prohibitively expensive IMO.
