Stance back foot

I tied a piece of string to my cue. It hangs down where myfoot should go.

Made me think of my deer hunting days. I use to tie a piece of black twine to the front of my rifle. I could always tell which way the wind was blowing.

You need to be on balance.
There is not one way to stand.

Body types differ. You need to be close to what is a good stance and use cat steps to set yourself to balance.
Once you can do that, it is only a matter of time until you drop down on line and comfortable on a regular basis. Just simple practice and foot movement. The straight shot is your friend.

The 30- 40 stance is as easy as it gets. You can start there, make your adjustments for your body and eyes.

Finding the shot line is simple, square up, from the hip, inline center, choose the one that works best for you and add your stance to compliment it.

I have a neck brace handy when I teach. If the student starts looking down at their feet and arm, they get neck braced. We find their feel and natural and make small adjustments. Within an hour they are dropping in like they have been doing it for years. It's very simple. Or I break their neck hahaha.

This game is played best when played with feel and natural. Use the info available and apply the feel and natural to it.

Somebody should tell Earl his stance is wrong, he sits in his stance. Sitting in your stance is not recommended, unless you want to dunk basketballs.

I can write a book on the proper stance, the 70000 book since 1847 and another opinion on the stance. I will add a video from behind the student; they can watch it for 16 years until they get it.
