Stealth Dooley Cues?

I used to work at a pool hall and the local kids would buy then cuz they looked cool. i shot with one of them one day and it was such a joke. please i beg you save your money and buy something else. if you do get one then just remember i told you so.

Yea thats why I asked. I doubt I would ever buy one but like I said, it would be an interesting cue to have due to the shape. I'm lookin at Scorpions.. seems like a good line of cues.

A lower priced cue is good to start out with. I personally hate fiberglass and graphite cues, but in some cases they may be better for someone who is just starting out. The reason why is that if you are only looking to spend around $100 on a cue, any wooden cue that you buy will most likely have very poor wood quality for the shaft. These shafts are almost guaranteed to warp, even if you take care of it. Fiberglass and graphite will never warp and will always stay straight. The problem with these non-maple shafts is that after a few days of playing the smooth coating wears off and they get really sticky after using them for just a few games.
