Still hope for a billiard table in Des Moines

I've stopped in Big Dog Billiards a few times over the last couple of months. Last Tues. was the most encouraging yet. Jeremy said they had a table in the back but were having trouble trying to find a spot for it. Which is the best response I've gotten yet. Thanks to all the players who have stopped in or have called Big Dogs about a carom table. Keep up the pressure. Maybe someday Des Moines will have a place to play. Thanks Doug

Just went through the same thing here in Jax, first a room owner that kept saying they were going to get one (only to get a snooker table instead), then a local shop that was trying to get one for 6 months or more and finally did.

Good luck to you, hopefully the same thing happens there and they come through and you get a nice table to play on.

Thanks Scott. I even bought an older Brunswick table thinking if I could just find someplace that would make room for it I'd let 'em use it. Still working that angle. But I'm not giving up.
