How's the workouts going? Are you still at it?
I finally got back to riding a stationary bike 4 or 5 times a week and doing some light weightlifting. I've been at it pretty good for at least a couple of months and I don't think I've lost a pound LOL.
Oh well, I'll just have to hit it harder and stay away from the beer I guess.
