stingray tips????

Ok, i normally dont do this, but a place in my town which sells pool tables and equipment and stuff, well i went in and asked if they had any layer'd tips, well they had some called stingrays.

A friend of mine had used them for a while and really liked how they played. So i bought one, cost me 8$ so i went to the pool hall i frequent and put it on my other Espiritu i have. And the tip plays very nice. It suppose to be a Hard tip, but i think its more like a med-hard.

But i say for 8$ to get a layer'd tip you cant really go wrong.

Has anyone else heard of these tips or tried them????

I have heard of them but never tried nor do I know anyone who uses them..............other than you

A friend of mine was telling me about the one he has on his cue. He absolutely loved it.

seriously for the price, i payed for the tip, it plays very close to a Moori. and its a 1/3 of the price lol. now i just hafta see if it holds up like a moori.

a guy i know at the pool hall used my cue when the tip was first put on, and noticed how soft the tip played, and was like, damn, you can spin the hell outa the cb with the tip lol.

Okura Tips are very very good in my opinion. Very comparable play as to a Moori!!!
