im new to this sight i have read some good stories on here i was was wondering if anyone had any good stories from comuing to indy to play or about some of the players we have here or if you think u may be coming thru sometime thx

I lived there ...

in 1997 and 98. Played in some good tournaments there
on 8 footers. A little money action, not much though
(especially after I won, $100-$300 set). I joined a team
that had taken 2nd 4 years running, and that year we
won the City Championship. Heard they gambled about
60 miles north in a little town, but I did not want to go
to a strange place alone to gamble bigger money, especially
a small out-of-the-way place. I made an offer of $1,000-$1,500
a set action, minimum 3 set put up, that noone took me up on.
1 guy was going to go get George to play me, but he was on
the road.
