Straight Pool League in Maryland

Hi All,

The next straight pool league session at Big Daddy's in Glen Burnie, MD is starting up next Thursday 11/5. If you're interested in playing, call the room in the next couple of days at 410 760-1332.

It is a handicapped league and you play once a week on Thursdays but matches can be rescheduled if needed. Players of all abilities play from beginners to pro. The session runs about 3 months and you play around 12-16 matches against similarly skilled opponents.

I just thought I would bump this up. This is a great straight pool league with some really nice people. Although I won't be able to play this next session, I highly recommend this league to anyone interested in playing straight pool. There are several divisions, based on skill levels, and players are handicapped within each division so the league is great for players at all levels.

I will be back.
 
Hey Rich...we'll miss you. It's a pretty good group this session. We found a few more A players. Looks like 7 or 8 players in each of the 3 brackets. I won my first match.

Andy, I will miss playing too. Hopefully, I will be ready to go for the next session.
