How do I ad my sponsor's commercials to my stream? I'm new at this and need help. I'm streaming my own tournaments so I won't be stepping on anyone elses toes

I'm no authority by any means, but since no one else has answered, I'll toss my thoughts out there.
Assuming you're streaming through UStream, I think you need to download the UStream Producer Pro app from their site and use that to manage the content. I looked into it briefly and am pretty sure that's all you need... but I'm guessing there are other software packages (more costly) that will allow for overlays and whatnot.
