I am not goin to say what table manufacture this was because it isn't relavante, and this wasn't their fault. We sold a guy this Brand new table which retailed for over 4 grand. First problem was one of the sides of the frame had the holes drilled wrong. They had counter sunk the wrong side......so they just sent a new piece. No problem. After waiting for that piece which took 3 or 4 days..........we set the frame up and set the slates on the frame, and drilled the slate screw holes. Then we started leveling the slates, just getting them close. Since this guy wasn't in a big hurry we decided to let it sit for a day or 2 cause he had some think padded carpet. We get the slates just about perfect........except for one side of a slate. ???? Ever where was perfect........then one slate was off like 4 lines on our Starret level. Then we got to looking at the slate and it had what we thought was just a vien in the slate.........BUT IT WAS A CRACK! Then we realized the slate was cracked all the way thru. So we called and got them to send a new piece of slate. They weren't real happy but what can ya do. They send a new slate....and 3 or 4 days later it gets here. The truck driver was in a hurry so he decided to take it off by hisself. And slides it to the back of the 18 wheeler.......then eases this 200+ pounds crate off the edge....BAM it hits the ground. It cracked into 3 pieces. So we call and get them to send another one......................A few days later the next delievery guy shows up.....first thing he says is..." I don't think yall are gonna want this." It looked like they threw the crate from the factory all the way here......It was in like 5 or 6 pieces when we opened it. By this time the dude that bought the table is LIVID!!!!! He is about to blow a gasket. We call the company and ask them what their return policy is?????
They decide to try once more and this time to make up for all the BS that has happened ......they will send a completely new matched set. And finally, 4 weeks after they dropped off the table the first time we finally get to hit a ball on his table............................
