Table issues

the room I play in moved their tables. The rails now play really bad. I.e. banking corner pocket to side, CB is full diamond above side. The rails also play really dead. The rail is tight, but makes an odd sound, not like when loose. I'm wonder if too much cloth or staple can make the rail too high and cause this sound. The CB checks off the rails.

When you say they moved the tables, do you mean inside the same building, down the street, across town....?
What kind of tables?
Did they disassemble them or just pick them up and roll 'em out?
Got pics of any of them? rails along the slatebed, etc.
Are the rails aligned, have spaces underneath them, mismatched from the move?
Did they get recovered during the new arrangement?
Is there a climate change from where they were?
IS it just some tables, or a common problem with them all?

The move was only few feet. they removed all rails to redo cloth and issues with pocket cut. I can fit a loonie under the gap on the rail... thats a Canadian dollar coin - close to 1/8 in. I'm going to take a 2ft sq and 6 ft level to make sure rails are square and lined. My big concern is the height. Hitting straight into rail with middle CB you can see the CB slow and spin put on it.
