Table Mechanic West Milwaukee Area

My father-in-law just got a used table and needs someone to set it up in the Hartford, WI area. It's a pretty nice custom table and the base is already setup. I'm also interested to find some good felt for the table. He doesn't need the best of the best, but definitely wants something pretty nice and is going to last.

Somewhere in between Simonis and the Brunswick with Teflon. Any help on leads and/or prices.
