Tables breaking easier?

One thing I remember from the last IPT was that the players were really struggling to make a ball on the break. When looking at the results of the last 2 rounds of this IPT there seems to be more break and outs than at the last IPT. I seem to be seeing many more 4's, 5's 6's an even a 7 from Danny Harriman. As I can't watch this one for free on eurosport, and I'm too cheap to pay for in on tinternet, I wondered if the tables were breaking a little easier or were players performing better with the conditions.

It could be that the conditions in Reno are a little drier. It also could be that the players have figured out what speed and angle to make that second ball in the side pocket that seemed to always go for a few players.

I think more people have figured out their break.

Can anyone from the tournament explain exactly how Rodney Morris is breaking? (What position, how hard, is he cutting the one ball, any english). It would be greatly appreciated. He must be doing something right with all those break and runs.
