In the late 1960's Los Angeles you could buy a very good Hard Maple or Tiger Wood, a straight grain stripe, cue from Tad for $60.
Tad like most cue makers at the time made a terrible plastic window cue that over time would shrink and click when you hit the cue ball.
Based on the number stamped under the bumper this cue was made in 1997 and I put it away and never hit a ball with it.
The cue is 58 inches long, the butt weighs 14.7 ounces and both shafts are 13 mm.
One shaft weighs 4 ounces and the other shaft weighs 3.9 ounces.
Both ferrules are ivory.
This was Tad's fanciest cue at the time.
$5000.
