So for alot of the bigger events that are at convention centers, anyone take their RVs? Are there parking costs involved or would it be similiar to parking at a Walmart? I.E. specifically interested in Valley Forge/US Open type of events that go on for 4 days or so.

Who here does it and whats your experiences?

There's several high ranked PGA golf players that live in mobile RV's with their familys on the road and also home school there kids.
I watched coverage of a local golf event that's going on now, what does golf have that billiards dosent and why?? I asked my self this several times while watching golf..
Not much difference......yet billiards can't get any heavy sponsors....?
You can't have a pro circuit without pro tourneys and vice versa, can't have a circuit or tourneys with no "pro players"
Maybe Nike needs to do more for pool than just print slogans on t shirts that can refrer to pool or gambling.

While at the Southern Classic I saw a sign in the parking lot "No Dry Camping" This was the Harrah's property but there was Camper park on the property but I don't know the daily rate.

I had also wondered the same about the Super Billiards Expo and had thought about flying in and getting a local rental to use onsite since there is no hotel attached.

Yes. Many people take their RVs. I don't think that the Raritan center has RV facilities but surely you could check their website or call them. The US Open is held in a hotel now so they probably don't want RVs in their parking lots.

Out in Vegas I believe a lot of the casinos have RV parking.
