Ted Harris for repair

Don't trust this man, unless you like waiting, and never hearing from him.
I sent him a cue for a simple repair, over a year ago, along with the money
to pay for the job and shipping. After countless emails, phone calls, and one
letter, I gave up. Not one word from him. To far, and too expensive to go
get it. Then today I get a message from him on my phone. Didn't have the
foggiest idea who it was, so I call back, and guess what, he's not there. So
I'm back to square one. Never send him anything for repair, let alone have
him build you a cue.
 
Ted is well know for his lack of customer service. There was a day when Ted was know for great cues, and great customer service. But IMHO that is in the past.

What area (state) is this fellow working/living in? Thanks.
 
I see Ted every month or two for work on my cues and I have never had any problems.I have been going there for around 7 years.He always does great work for me.
 
Try calling him again. Ted has actually been working Alot and his shop is radically different now than just a few months ago. Danny Greene is working with him now and they are clearing alot of old work out.
 
I have a horror story about him too. Drove 10 hours to get my cue from him. He didn't even want to come to the door.....he made his girl.
