Teflon cloth

I like the idea of not having to worry about spills on your cloth, especially if you live with people who may have their friends over that don't respect other people's stuff. The rail may look like a good place to set a drink to someone who doesn't give two sh*ts about the game. Teflon cloth can at least cure that problem, but my question is, does teflon play different than regular cloth? What about wear, how long does it last?

I have the same question. I have been told Foresman makes a cloth that is spill resistant does anyone have any experience with this cloth. How is the playability?

Pool hall by me, the Green Room in S. Jersey has Simonis and this teflon cloth, side by side. Plays well, and beads water when you drop in on the table. Pretty cool.

I switched from simonis to brunswick centennial and I have not notice a difference in playability. I will say that the teflon is a nice feature and does work but after playing on the cloth for awhile u will get friction burns or whatever those white marks are in the cloth. That is normal but is does something to the teflon and the liquid will soak through where some of those spots are. Other than that, it is ok. :D
