Telescopic built-in extension at the front of the but???

Not sure what you mean by "telescopic", but there's this Balance Rite extension which goes in between the butt and shaft:

However, when I see the word "telescopic" I think of something like this:
https://www.pooldawg.com/extreme-cue-extender
This one is designed for the butt of the cue. You mention front of the butt. Seems like such a device would kill all feel of the hit.
