I was surfing in google.com for facts regarding Bakersfield, California when I came upon their Official Municipal Website. The mayor's email was listed in there, so I just tried my luck telling him what happened and hoping that some advices could be given since Kayjeff was from Bakersfield.

I am glad that this whole ordeal came to an end and that you finally have the cue in hand.
Hopefully you are playing with the cue and working at developing an improved game.
