The Cannon Break Cue

So a friend of mine gave me his cannon break cue to look at. It has a noise coming from it which when i heard it, it reminded of of a loose weight bolt. I looked at it today and there is no access to a weight bolt.

Has anyone ever seen this cue or know how to tighten it up. The butt of the cue is sealed with wood, and by taping it, it seems that part of the handle is hollow, which tells me there is a weight bolt somewhere in there.

Does anyone know the construction of this cue?

Is this the one that is a super-heavy house cue conversion? If so, I worked on one a while back because of a rattle as well. There's a 9-10'' long weight bolt in there. The wood plug wasn't very deep and I drilled it out carefully.
I believe this is the guy who converts them in in Cincinnati, OH - Call 513-860-0044 and ask for Michael

will fix it

if you call Dick at (513)484-8651 and make arrangements to send it to him he will fix it for you. I just spoke with him around an hour ago. after seeing this posted on here. good luck and btw if you are going to keep it, the secret of that cue is you can use less power and keep better control of the rock.
