It's not the looks that I might be concerned with, it's the weight. As I understand, jumping with the Cue "Shaft", became illegal, because it was easier (because of the light weight).

Maybe someone in the Pro Ranks will try it out & give us their opinion.

Earl's Finger extensions do make Jumping easier, I do know that for a fact.
 
Oh my gosh is that ugly! I can't imagine it being pleasant to hold either. I guess if it works it's ok...
