The fit for It's George! cases

Hey guys,

Don't know if this is the right spot, or not. I just picked up a great 2x4 It's George case and was wondering how snug the cues should fit. I have a Schon playing cue and Predator BK-2 w/2 shafts for each and everything fits, but it's super tight . Am I putting the cues in wrong way? I have the butts down/joints up and tips down/joints up on the shafts. I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks.

On my orig George 3X6, I will not put over 3X5 in it. It is too tight over that and you can wear finish if moving around a lot.

if you turn two of the shafts upside down it'll fit better...

It's George Case

When I got mine a long time ago, I was confused as to how everything went in. So I got on the phone and called It's George and talked to Mike Roberts. He told me that the shafts go in first joint down, then the butts go in pin down. This way everything fits. I also had joint protectors on everything which I think helps a little.
