Well last night I hit a speed bump in my progression! For some reason last night I couldn't win a game! I lost all three of my games, but I didn't really shoot all that bad. I just played stupid, and for some reason I miscued twice last night! I guess my mental composer just wasn't there last night, or possibly my fundamentals escaped me! LOL I guess tonight I will have to redeem myself and whoop some butt!

Everyone has a bad night every now and then, hopefully I won't have two bad nights in a row! LOL
 
Yea, but normally I can get in a groove a lot quicker than what I did last night.

Maybe the other thing that threw me is the fact that I didn't get any warm up games in because I was working late!

I can change that tonight though. LOL

I am not going to get to play pool for a week! My wife's friend had a baby and we are leaving on Friday to go see them in Ohio! I am not taking the cues because I don't think we will have time. Also I found out by looking on Continental's website that they won't even insure golf clubs or pool cues! It is actually stated like that on their website! So I decided that I will have to do without playing! Actually it won't be a week, but 5 days is close enough! I am already having withdrawl symptoms!

You saying that I am already depressed from the thought of not getting to play for a few days! By golly you might be right! I never thought of it like that! LOL

Actually I think it was a combination of not getting some warm up games, and my mental game was off last night. I just wasn't feeling it, and I don't really know why. Today I am already amped to play tonight. I guess we will see how I do tonight.

Oh by the way I will let you all know how my trip goes, and whether or not the 5 days off hurt or helped me. LOL

I actually hope I get to go check out some of Brent's customs out though while I am in town because I think he does some really nice work.

Do you want me to ask your wife for you if it's OK for you to check out Brent's cues?

After all, you don't want to upset you Wife's friend or your wife's friends husband.
