Those final 3 frames did me in.
No sense watching any more billiards. Down to the colours in the last frame of the match. Nothing can top the quality and excitement. Incredible safety play.
Have to go back to the 1985 Crucible: Davis vs Taylor for the ‘tension’.

Just when you thought the first player to make a mistake will lose the final frame decider the snooker gods stepped in and they both had plenty of chances to win but they just couldn't get in to make a frame winning break .
Judd looked twitchy when it got down to the final colours and I thought he looked shaky cueing for the final pink but as he said , he bottled it .
Saturday night I said to my son the Final has 10-9 written all over it but they're the two best players and it's a hard one to call , never bet but 10-9 on both to win would've been a nice pay out at 8/1 or 7/1 at the start .
That must've been the longest session Judd Trumps has ever played , almost six hours , he had a chance to win 10-8 but it wasn't to be and the final frame must be one of the longest Judd Trump's ever played , it lasted almost an hour but some of the safety play was outstanding . No wonder they both looked exhausted at the end !
