It kind of looks like cTB standing for Chi Town Billiards. Maybe Carolina cues made this specifically for the seller of the cue.
 
I think th db is actually cTb . The seller is ChiTownBilliards, so its just my assumption that they had Carolina Customs make some cues with their logo. I see AJC beat me to it.

Thanks guys....that makes sense. I was just curious as well knowing that carolina cues usually have carolina written on it or the cc mark.
