Thick nickel silver rings?

I'm making a Frank Paradise-style cue with thick nickel silver rings. The thickest I've found online from the usual sources are 0.05". Other than buying an expensive metal blank and hogging my own rings for a one-off cue, does anyone know of another source? Here's an example of the ring thickness I'm looking for:

I could also be wrong on the construction method--I've never handled a Frank Paradise in the flesh--but I assume these are thick rings and not a bunch of stacked thin rings.
