Thinling of raffling

I have a Biagio cue with 2 shafts. Just want to feel around for price level and if being new to site will hinder my raffle. thinking its worth $700-900.

Hard to say without pics or any info. Perhaps Adams or Joss East was one of the two manufacturer's. From what I understand Joss did put their name on some of the one's they made, don't know if Adams did or not.
topcat1953 might be able to help you out with finding the value if either of the two cue builders I mentioned can't.
