Last time I checked he was using a 9/32x18 thread. At least this is what he told me. He did send me a replacement pin for $5. I ended up chucking that into my lathe to work on the one Jackson that I have. If its a dire necessity then you could have a machine shop make you one, or do it yourself on a cnc
Thanks Mike, but I have already contacted them via email and am awaiting a return response. Best thing is to always go to the original source. Just trying to speed things up a bit.
They did get back to me. Shag fu is correct. They were using a 9/32x18 thread. However, they are now using the 5/16-14 on their new cues being produced.
I wish they would make up their mind on which pin size to use. When I called them they had 2 sizes they used;5/16-18, 9/32-18. Now they are changing to 5/16-14. At least they are moving to a more common thread.
