Three Biggest Lies

Recalling a little high-school humor, these are the three biggest lies:

1. I love you.

2. The check's in the mail.

3. I promise I won't come -- ---- -----.

Although the other two have some doubtful relevance, number (2) seems to apply to the IPT Reno money.

KT is blowing it, folks (excuse the pun.) Hate to join those Prophets of Doom, but he is fast approaching the point where no player in his right mind would risk money to get to Chicago; but if Chicago is cancelled, the tour is likely finished.

The only money any player needs to "risk" to get to Chicago in anticipation of taking part would be any pre-paid non refundable travel tickets or hotel rooms and any unpaid time off from work for those who have jobs.

There are no qualifier fees involved in getting to the Chicago event.Not sure what you're getting at?

Well, let's see.

Cheapest flight from/to CA.......$350
Hyatt Regency stay..................$840
Tour member entry fee............$199
Food @ $25/day.......................$200

That sounds like a minimum of $ 1600 to me. That's fine if you've got a bunch of Reno-Bucks in your pocket; not so fine if you don't.

Actually, I hope (we) naysayers are all wrong. And that KT was/is right.
